POE... but make it theatre

On 23 February, our students visited the theatre in Pardubice to see the performance Ra(v)en, inspired by five stories by the American writer Edgar Allan Poe. The production introduced students to Poe’s mysterious and atmospheric world through a creative theatrical interpretation that combined powerful acting, imaginative staging, and a distinctive visual style.
The visit offered students a valuable cultural experience and an opportunity to encounter classic literature in a different form. The performance left a strong impression and encouraged students to reflect on the themes and emotions present in Poe’s works.
